Terms of service

These terms describe the baseline rules for using Overwatch. If a customer, dealer, or partner has a separate written agreement with Overwatch, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these online terms.
Use Of The Service
Overwatch is provided for authorized organizations, dealers, and users to manage fleet, contract, cost, and service workflows. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and only within the access granted to your account.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, removing access when users no longer need it, and notifying us about suspected unauthorized activity.
Customer Data
Customer data remains the responsibility of the customer or authorized dealer that provides it. Overwatch uses customer data to operate the service, support requested workflows, maintain audit history, and troubleshoot issues.
Connected Systems
Some features depend on third-party systems such as fleet monitoring, business systems, document generation, electronic signature, hosting, authentication, and email providers. Availability and behavior of those integrations may depend on those providers and customer configuration.
Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, reverse engineer the service, misuse another tenant's data, or use Overwatch in a way that could harm the platform or other customers.
No Warranty
Overwatch is provided as a business software service. Except where a separate written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page or by providing notice through appropriate customer communication channels.
