We built Overwatch because nobody else had.
Overwatch is built by a small team that has spent the last decade running managed-print operations day-to-day. We got tired of dealer back-office tools that nobody ever built a customer-facing version of — so we built one.
From an internal tool to a platform every dealer can use.
If you've worked inside a managed-print operation, you know the toolset: Printanista, e-automate, FMAudit, a stack of spreadsheets, and a phone number for the dispatch desk. The dealer side is mature. The customer side is decades behind.
Overwatch started as an internal answer to a real customer question: “Can we just see what you see?” We built a live dashboard, a contract registry, a real cost-per-page comparison, and a self-service contract builder that wired into GreatAmerica and DocuSign. Within a few months it was clear the same problem existed at every multi-site organization our peers served — and at every dealer who wanted to issue a portal but couldn't justify building one from scratch.
Today Overwatch is a multi-tenant platform offered both directly to organizations and to the dealers who serve them. The product was built in production against real fleets, real Printanista data, and real lease paperwork — not in a vacuum.
Print is the first surface. The platform absorbs the rest.
Overwatch is built so that everything IT and facilities care about can live in the same pane of glass over time. Today: print. Next: network. Then: cameras and access.
Print fleet & contracts
- Live device status from Printanista (hourly meter capture)
- Contract registry + 5-step builder + DocuSign
- Cost analysis vs. market consumable pricing
- Service-call visibility via E-automate / PIP
- Multi-tenant white-label, geocoded fleet map
Network monitoring
- Firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWall
- Access points: Meraki, Aruba, UniFi
- Per-location AP status, client counts, bandwidth, uptime
- Per-tenant subnet/IP mapping (already in Settings)
Camera & door access
- Verkada and/or Avigilon camera health
- Recording status, motion alerts
- Door access control event timeline
- Unified per-location ops dashboard
Built by operators. Validated against real fleets.
Overwatch isn't a venture-backed bet on a market. It's an operating tool that grew up inside a real managed-print practice and got generalized once we realized our peers had the same problem.
The unfair advantage of running the system you ship.
- Every product decision is validated against an active production fleet first
- Engineering team operates the platform and owns customer outcomes
- Real Printanista, e-automate, GreatAmerica, and DocuSign integrations — no demoware
- Fixed-price contracts and published roadmap — no hidden professional services
