Common questions.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. Overwatch reads from your Printanista and e-automate accounts via standard APIs and stores tenant data in an isolated Supabase database. You can export at any time, and we’ll provide a full data dump on contract termination.
- How long does onboarding take?
- First customer portal is typically live within 1–2 weeks of contract signature: Printanista API key handoff, tenant provisioning, brand assets, and a 30-minute training. Dealer multi-tenant rollouts are paced by your customer onboarding team.
- Do I need to install anything on my network?
- No. Overwatch is fully cloud-hosted on Vercel and reads device data via your existing dealer’s Printanista account. No agents, no MSI installer, no firewall rules.
- Can I white-label the portal under my dealership’s brand?
- Yes — that’s the dealer track in a sentence. Per-tenant logo, colors, and contact info are available today. Custom domains are planned for Scale customers once the multi-tenant domain workflow is production-ready.
- What if my fleet uses a different RMM/FMA tool?
- Printanista is the day-one connector because it’s what most ECI dealers run. FMAudit, PrintFleet, and other FMA-compatible feeds are on the integration roadmap — talk to us if you need one prioritized.
- Can I try it with my actual fleet before paying?
- Yes. Direct customers get a 14-day trial with their real Printanista data. Dealers get a 30-day evaluation with up to 3 of their customer accounts provisioned.
